Assam TET Recruitment 2024: Applications are invited through the official website of DEE, Assam (https://dee.assam.gov.in) from eligible Indian citizens, as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India, and permanent residents of Assam. Qualified candidates in the Assam Teacher Eligibility Test (ATET)/Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) for UP Schools are invited to apply for the filling of 1750 (One Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty) vacancies for the positions of Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, and Hindi Teacher in UP Schools under the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam.
The selected candidates will be placed in the Pay Band – 2 (PB-2) with a salary ranging from Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- plus Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible according to “The Assam Service (Revision of Pay) (Amendment) Rules, 2019

Other Criteria of TET Assam Recruitment 2024
TET Eligibility: The candidates who have passed the ATET/CTET for Upper Primary School will be eligible to apply. Either the Language I or the Language II of both ATET and CTET candidates shall match the medium of instruction of the school to wherein the candidate wishes to apply.
Nationality: An Indian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Assam is eligible for this recruitment.
Age Limit: The candidate’s age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as of 1st January 2023.
Age Relaxation: The upper age relaxation will be as follows.
